[Help] Cant see custom models

Hello nothing happens when I try to watch the custom models, I use WoW Emuhacker as my Model Editor and I think that shoud work. Only 1 model have worked for me so far and that is http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-...e-contest.html

It might be because that one is a folder (it got readme and the file in it) and the other are just the files?

When I download Model Edits shall I just put them in the Data folder or do I have to extract it or something?

But how shoud I do then somebody know how to solve my problem or got the same problem?
