[Question]is there a NE Female->DR Female head fix?

I recently downloaded the conversion .mpq's to turn my Night Elf into a Draenai, but when I get in game, the hair is all messed up. It stays the same color and style, but parts of it are transparent, like you can see right thru the head, and there are no Draenai horns at all. I tried downloading that new Knoyx's MEF, but that doesn't work at all. I start it, hit f8 and login....but my characters are all still the same. Anyone know how to fix this?
