[Question] Is there a better way to find a model besides manualy searching?

title states it all, manually searching for a model gets tiring and tedious at times, is there a better way?

Uhm .. logic for example.

Items are always named by their types.
World-objects are always in World\ and then something with your zone. Lookup-able by opening the adt-tile in notepad too.
etc..

Blizzard did not randomly put everything in. There are some prefixes etc.
