.mpq question

I am trying to change some models and such and can't seem to find the model I want to change. I loaded the patch 2 mpq. Where are all the original items and such?

You're looking in the wrong patch, all the high tier equipments from sunwell, hyjal etcetc are in patch.MPQ, normal items are in Common.MPQ
