Adjust Armor Size/Mount Size (TaM -> ScF)

I've done quite a bit of research on these forums regarding item swaps and race swaps and have been successful with everything except shrinking down the items.

I recently switched my Male Tauren to an Undead Female, but the gear is still sized for a Tauren, which is obviously way too big. If anyone could lend me a hand on how I might go about shrinking down my shield and shoulders/helm, I would definitely appreciate it.

Also, my mount is much, much too big. Anyway that model can be shrunk down a tad too?
