please help, im so stuck

ok so i downloaded the race to race model change and place the one i picked in my data folder(patch-4, patch-5.mpq), and i downloaded the model edit fix and placed that in my world of warcraft folder, and when i open wow with the model edit fix, there is no change to my character. what is going wrong, please help!!!!!!!!!

ok i think i know the problem, i just dont know the solution, the name of the files in my data folder i downloaded are patch-4.mpq and patch-5.mpq. now i just dont know what to type in the wowme.cfg folder, please help, will give rep

open up your wowme.cfg in notepad then just type in
"patch-4.MPQ
Patch-5.MPQ"
into it just like that, without quotes of course, then run the wowme fix. dont forget to hit F8 before you login. tell me if that works.

yah im logging into the game and play on my character, just the model that i downloaded dosent show up
