M2 Swaping to Devilsaur issues

Okay, i'm fooling around with swaping stuff to a Devilsaur but it's eyes and mouth are void of color and the animation is different when standing. Heres a comparison to show the error in the coloring.



Any idea of how to fix this or do I have to DBC edit them?

Try it with DBC, I suppose, as that lets you stick more blp's on a model.

Theres only one Blp file though, the Alpha Blp is for the raptors. It seems to be a problem with the m2 file.
