    you don't have to replace anything. Check the patch-x.mpq that you have where x is the highest number. So if you have patch-3.mpq already, rename the one that the guy uploaded to patch-4.mpq . Be carefull with the capital letters Also you will need the lastest MEFix World of Warcraft Model Edit Fix by Kynox - MMOwned - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides.
