    Dwarf to other race problems?

    I've been trying to model edit Dwarves to Nightelves or Humans, but whenever I do it, only their head gets edited. Everything else is still a Dwarf. Yesterday for a few hours I had Human working but today it stopped...

    Does anyone else have these problems and is there anyway to get around it?
