[Question] Owl-->Eagle Conversion, Messed up Animation

I read a guide detailing how to swap creature models for other creatures, and decided to try it on my pet owl, so that maybe I could get a pet eagle instead. Everything went fine-- the .blp and .M2 files were correctly replaced, because the eagle shows up in game and everything..

The only problem I'm having is that the eagle is sort of awkward-looking when moving forward (aka, following me when I run forward). Rather than positioning its body different so it can fly forward, it keeps its body the same as if it were hovering, and just flaps its wings a little faster. HOWEVER, when its returning to me after killing something (and while it uses Dive), the body is positioned the right way.

My question is, how can I get the eagle to have this posture while it's flying normally, even out of combat? Is there someone who can do this for me, incase it happens to be beyond my skill level? I'd like to post this on the forum if I can get it working properly.

You might be able to do it with Glitchy's Animation editor.

You may also want to swap a different model. Some models don't work well when swapped.

    Thanks!

It worked. I used the animation swapper, and now my eagle doesn't look silly when he flies. Thanks for the advice.

Glad you got it to work without much assistance.
