[REQUEST] NE F to Drae F (with SPECIFICS)

Hello there, I'm new to the site, not entirely new to model editing but still very much nub at it, having a grasp on only the most basic parts of it. I understand how to do race conversions, but that isn't the entirety of what I'm requesting; I'm looking to change the female NE model into a female Draenei, HOWEVER I want this change to contain specifics as to the model I end up with... specific hair color, style, skin tone, face, and horns. I'm not even sure if this is possible, so here I am asking. If its not, please by all means slap me in the face and tell me to quit dreaming, lol.

Here is the data I got from WMV pertaining to the specifics of each character model:

BEGINNING with (not sure if its relevant, but hey):
race. 4 (NE)
gender. 1 (female)
skin color. 5
face. 1
hair color. 4
hair style. 2
facial feature. 6 (facial markings)
facial color. 4

END with:
race. 11 (draenei)
gender. 1
skin color. 11
face. 5
hair color. 3
hair style. 1
facial feature. 5 (Horn Style in this case)


I think I have the majority of the pieces of the puzzle gathered here, I just don't know how to arrange them together quite. I've been doing research on it as time allows here, but I run into another problem atm. Some idiot has been trying to break into my house repeatedly (they are after *me* specifically..), so I am staying elsewhere without my own computer handy. These guys don't want me downloading all sorts of programs on theirs, so I really can't even attempt it right now.

been looking for quite the same help, but troll M to Drae F. But only the horns to include without any sucess.

Just out of curiosity, which horn style are you looking for? And have you had any success in searching for info (perhaps a guide or tutorial) on how to do this? Thanks.

horn style does not matter aslong as i get any sort of horn included, i have tried searching for info about how to sort it out. I used a guide which u had to change CharacterFacialHairStyles with a dbc editor without any sucess.
