MEF and patch 2.4.1

My mef will not work with 2.4.1 it opens up wow then wow instantly closes. Is ME'ing broken or.....please help =)

woops lol i didnt extract it into my folder >< i had dl'd it just forgot to extract god i feel stupid

I have the new ME fix, and it will launch once but if I close WoW for any reason then I get the same problem as the OP: launches and immediately closes WoW.

Is anyone else having this issue?
