Ok, everyone knows about wall jumping up the blacksmith then just disrupt to defend it. Well generally in the time it takes to jump up there, your dead.

Well if you World Edit the ground and build it up so you can just walk up the side of the building to disrupt. SLOPPY IS FINE AS LONG AS IT WORKS
