MeFix 2.4 Bugged?

I used the MeFixed for long time already and I never had a problem with it..
When I start up WoW with the MeFix the "WoW Window" comes up and closes inmediatly again.. and when I start it up without the MeFix it works perfectly..
Anyone experiencing the same problem?
Would like to know what's wrong

I have no problems problems with it. Just a few notes make sure that the p in patch-#.MPQ is not capitalized and that .MPQ is capitalized. Make sure that the MEF is in your root folder and that the patches are in your data folder.

Sorry if I stated a some of the obvious, but this is what people are having trouble with.
