[Question] WDB Editing 2.4

Is it possible to edit the WDB's the exact same way as you were in 2.3?

Don't think so mate, I've been attempting it as stated on this site, and I just keep having my helmet disappear and get a red question mark once I log into the game, I see my helm on the log in screen. On XVI I don't see my items hex code. I see the 2 Os than after that just more 0s.

It's possible, and as easy as before. The structure of the itemcache.wdb has changed a bit but it's not a problem. There are now four blank spaces after the item name, and after that is the code you will want to edit.
