    Problems with reskinning

I edited the rogue tier 4 set to look a bit more fancy, but for some reason the textures aren't showing properly in WoW (the items get random textures or nothing at all) even though they do work in model viewer. To be exact I edited these 3 files:
    ITEM\TextureComponents\LegUpperTexture\Leather_RaidRogue_D_01_Pant_LU_U.blp
    ITEM\TextureComponents\TorsoLowerTexture\Leather_RaidRogue_D_01_Chest_TL_F.blp
    ITEM\TextureComponents\TorsoUpperTexture\Leather_RaidRogue_D_01_Chest_TU_F.blp
Here's the mpq with changed files: RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting

This is how it looked in model viewer

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

It doesn't give any error - the textures are usually just non-existant (meaning the character is naked) or some random textures. I'll get you a video later on so you can see what I mean..

EDIT: Here you go, sorry for the bad quality but I think you can see that when i ctrl-click to "equip" the t4 legs or chest in dressing room the texture just comes up as a random one or nothing at all. RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting

Perhaps there is something wrong with my way of converting the blp to tga and back to blp? I'm wondering this because when I convert the blp into tga and then back to blp unmodified, the file sizes differ. In addition, if I put these "new" blps into a mpq and try to load it in WoW I get the same issue as with the modified files. I also got same results if I converted the blps to png and back.

Sorry for the triple post, but I felt I could tell the answer to this problem for future reference. Apparently those textures don't support partial transparency (ie. smooth edges on this reskin). I just made them sharp, either 100% or 0% opaque and it worked. If you're editing a png, a shortcut in Photoshop for this is, Image->Mode->Indexed. Do that when you're done editing, since making it indexed prevents editing. :P
