[Question] Armor/Weapon Swap

I want to change my characters equipment - but I can only find guides that will swap a certain model for another. Is there anything out there that I could use that'll show something when "nothing" is equipped (ie; shoulders when my character doesn't have shoulders equipped) - or it shows the same model for equipment no matter what my character is wearing (eg; it'll always show "Hand of Ragnaros" no matter what weapon I equip).
