[Question] About Mount Conversions

Can anyone explain the basic process for making one mount look like another.. for example i downloaded a file to change my raptor into an amani bear..
Step 2 says: Modify wowme.cfg-filename.mpq (I'm stuck here..How do i do this?)

rename that wowme.cfg-filename.mpq. First you gotta extract the whole MEF to your data folder. Once in there you'll see a file called wowme.cfg Open it with a notepad then inside you rename that file to the name of the patch which ALSO should be in the Data folder. So,

1. Extract all the MEF to Data
2. Open Wowme.cfg with notepad and change the file inside.

Sorry im such a nub at this .. but MEF? Does this just mean the entire file? If so i extracted it to the Data folder.. but do not see a wowme.cfg
