Need help with facial

so i renamed bunch of blank blps to facial styles so i can remove the markings from Ne Female to Human female. i made enough blps so that it goes from 04_00---12_02
which is most of the facial tattoos. for some reason the marking are still there and im stuck right now, dont know wat to do.
