One of my first creations.
Quick and easy.

Its simple, Yet sleek and looks very nice and peaceful. It looks wonderful, You've done a really nice job.

Pretty. I'd suggest more variation to the roads, maybe bumping the ground outside of them as well.

I like these small islands, sadly what disappoints me is that people don't put enough time into terrain and props..

No island pops up in the sea like that, so what would make this perfect would be:

1- More props, more small bushes grasspieces boxes, small stones.
2- Variation of the rock texture, making it look more like a mountain in a painting.
3- Make the island fade into the sea make it use good amounts of the ADT since 1 adt isn't really that much.
4- Adding more life to it, i.e trees fogs etc whatever gives it some life.

A good tip: Try and make whatever you build in wow, like a painting, and good paintings certainly don't lack of life Hope you can use this constructive critism

I think this is a very nice creation for the first ones you have made, try to improve the ground shaping and texturing. Otherwise it's cool
