I even doubt they will touch me yet There are servers out there earning over 100.000 dollars from donation rewards.. and according to their terms of service:

They do not sue people outside the US
They do not care about private servers if there is no money involved

Not saying my server won't be selling things ...but...

You know Blizzard actively shuts down these kind of servers, right? I don't wanna burst anyone's bubble, but going all the way including company logo seems to make it a pretty big target.

Do you have any evidence of that? I haven't seen any cases of this, and I know a server that literally remade everything and charge people to play, which is still going strong and has been for ~6 months. The only real time that happened was with the reeves complaint lawsuit.

Updated with some preview of a new night-elf area, with a theme equal to moonglade/howling fjord (it's going to be mixed together to make a unique but good-looking theme Since I don't want a 100% retail-looking theme, I want to create something unique and powerful

The mountains may seem sharp, but it's because I haven't blended them a bit with 5.99 Smooth

no its still going on, just been busy with the project i guess they forgot to continue updating this, if u go to there site u can see some of the stuff we did.

Than model there is on screenshot 3, on the right - yes the house. Is that from Cataclysm, if so, gief directory. If it's custom, is it a .WMO file then?

The Project is Still working, We just don't feel like spamming everywhere We posted our emails and MSN's almost everywhere, You can add us and we can show you some interresting photos from time to time We keep taking photos for a gallery we will produce when we are complete, for people to see how much that has changed.

Also The pictures you see in this thread, will appear on our #2 realm, launching 15th August, It's a 40% Custom.

Our 100% Custom realm is opening for beta 15th November (And #2 is opening live 15th November)

That is what we planned so far. And with the pictures on our forums.. We only update 3 more times before August 15th.. So they will pop up with a decent amount of days between them
