[Reskin] Blue Cloak of Subjugated Power

Hi there,

after seeing this beautiful reskin i instantly started using it. Unfortunatly the best caster pvp-cloak, the "Cloak of Subjugated Power", is kind of in a red tone. So i decided to make it fit more to the edit.

This is what i got:



Yes i do know that there is a typo in recolored. The staff is a simple WDB change and the helmet makes me bald, stupid bug.

Anyway i do not think this edit (aswell as the armor reskin itself) do need a model edit fix atleast i can run WoW without it.
