Female Dwarf to Female Dark Iron Dwarf?

Hey guys, I am using a fully legit updated version of this game. However I would really love to be able to transform my characters skin into that of a Dark Iron female Dwarf. Is this possible? If so, would anyone mind breaking down step by step how I would go about it? I very good at modding games, I just need instructions.

Alright, install MyWarcraftStudio and open Common.mpq go to Character > Dwarf > Female and extract DwarfFemaleSkin00, DwarfFemaleFaceLower_00 and DwarfFemaleFaceUpper_00 and then also extract the ones with Dark Iron skins (You need all 3) then install BLP2PNG converter and convert your BLP Files to PNG, then open your image editing program (GIMP,Photoshop,Paint.net whatever your using) and take the Dark Iron picture and paste DarkIron00 to DwarfFemale00 so the white/beige skin is now dark iron then open DarkIronFaceLower_00 and copy-paste that over DwarfFemaleFacelower_00, and the same with FaceUpper. Then install BLPLab and convert back to BLP. Now you got files start/install Ladik's MPQ editor and then make a new patch (Patch-D for example) right-click on the patch name and take new folder and name it "Characters" and right-click on characters and create a new folder in that folder called "Dwarf" and a new folder in Dwarf called "Female" then right-click on Female folder and click "Add file(s)" and add your .blps open WoW and profit

Ok great instructions, thank you. And all of this works with the current version of WoW? Also does anyone have a link to DL MyWarcraftStudios? I tried one of the internet but every time I try to open something with it I get an error and it shuts down. Also I could not find a "common.mpq".
