My view on Ewo's map editor (or so called)

Stop publishing "trial" versions of something that dont belongs to you.

I agree 100%, I upped it to 2.3 in 15 mins, but publishing a trial version to get people to think they are great coders was done by only one tiny team. Under this wall of text I have a link to the unlocked version of the software (from Tharo himself, he's a bud of mine) It has no new features over noggit other than 2.3 compatability, which took me 15 mins to do.

This is NOT a leak, Noggit is OPEN SOURCE and has a GPL license, so if the team doesn't wish to post the non-trial version, then i'm saving them the trouble. I am not breaking any rules, I am simply posting what should have been done a long time ago, they were breaking the license, and the law.

Yes it is, it is the Ewo Map editor for 2.3, i am giving you a link from tharo, it is what they are distributing to people who pay, which is against the law because it is a free program.

They do NOT have to release it until they've reached a stable version, nor do they have to have a public access SVN for people to have access to significant revisions. 2.3 Noggit has never been terribly stable so no release was warranted no required.

They are releasing trial versions just to get people to bite the bait, you need to be a doner (i think) to get the full version.

Noggit is under GPL license, so modifying the code for purposes of selling or getting people to do work to get it is against the license and against the law.

No donators got the full version, and a few contribs did and it doesn't work. Crashes right away. First of all nothing is being sold and no one has been doing the work (hence no significant updates).
