[Model Swap] Warlock summon look and imp -> lich

Just switched them around to look like some stuff I found in the MPQs.
The Lich is actually an Imp, and the spell animation is me summoning a new imp. [it works with all summons, though]

I haven't got around to changing the imps sounds to sound like a lich [if it's possible], but it's still cool to mess with

Another edit. It's hard to see, but it's like an aura coming from the ground.
