World Editor

After faxmonkey stoped the project of her/his world editor I am going to carry it on the one problem is I need some help.

If any one is good at theses programs tell me in a post or PM

* Making programs -2 users
* C++ -3 users
* Model edting (3D & graphic programs) -3 users
* SQL/MSQL -2 or 1 users
* Has used MPQ files and moded them -4 users
This will be on the client side so there will be no model patch.
