Could somebody help me i already putted it in my data folder and nothing i tried to use Wow.ME and nothing i asked mental mate and he said he didnt know.....am i missing something do i need to patch 2.4.1 to make it work

Is there anyway to scale down the right shoulder? It's way too large compared to the shoulderpiece we see on Arthas in WC3. I know it's a recolor of the Dreadnaught shoulderpad, but if it could be scaled down ~30% it would sit perfectly on his shoulder!
