Very awesome thread. Just have one comment.
Using Female Gnome > Female Blood Elf, when "Show Helm" is checked it seems like the helms are too large for the head of the Blood Elf. I think it keeps the shape for the large size of the gnome heads. Goggles look completely ridiculous on a female gnome with the model edit because they are huge and around the mouth! Could anyone please update this or post a fixed model edit? I would greatly appreciate it!

If you have the specific model edit in your data folder and you don't load with WoWME then as soon as you computer tries to load the model (eg a human male in character selection) it'll crash. Delete or rename the file from patch-X.MPQ to something else.

Having the same problem. The model edits keep crashing my wow. Renaming the file didn't help either

I tried to convert my blood elf female ---> human female, I open wowmodelfix, logins and then my wow crash. May it be that I have a old version? Have anyone tried this lately, and what is the the newest version released?
