I tried the UD male -> BE female but it didn't work for me. It was my first time trying that out custom models (had only replaced weapons/armor in the past myself using a hex editor and the itemcache) and when I got to the character select screen everything was black, even the background and stuff, only the standard character select gump was still there (the buttons, etc.), and when I logged in my character didn't load any model and I couldn't move. Later tried that "every race to alexstraza" mod and it worked fine, so it must not be 3.0.8 compatible or something (I assume it was before)

Yeah this thread needs to be deleted, these models have been out of date for quite some time now. None of them work anymore.
