Need some help. 2.4.3 Draenei male to High Elf male

I'm trying to get Draenei males to look like the updated High Elf males (TBC not WoD) but the the files under "HighElf" in the MPQ editor are all for the trash Vanill High Elves. Some help figuring this out would be appreciated!

Just use the bloodelf files and their should be blps with they eye color already changed. if not in wotlk, which should be compatible with tbc.

or if your lazy just photoshop them.

Suppose I'll just have to photoshop them since there aren't any blue ones. Will I have to shop each blp with eyes or just the main eye blp?

Ok, I've done all the extracting and whatnot. All I need now is a patched client for 2.4.3. I tried this thread: [Repost] SIG & MD5 Protection Remover ([Repost] SIG & MD5 Protection Remover)

But everything there for for 3.3+ nothing I could use.

You need to start the game with WoWMe in TBC.
