This thread in it's entirety is obsolete as of the 2.0.1 patch.

Not only will any old files I have provided not work, but they're no longer valid links. With the new patch, everything in these files has now been put into the game files, and you can now make the switches without any fear of the dreaded green texture or it not loading.
