This is a westfall model edit. it changes the westfall area into a snow like area.
It is only a texture edit i cannot get the current modeleditfix to work so i cant do anymore then a texture edit but I think its still worth posting.

If anyone can help me find the blp or m2s for the grass you see in those pictures it would be great. I cant seem to find it. ive gone through and changed all the bushes in westwood/westfall folders and i cant seem to find those ones. +rep to whoever finds the blps.

That is were im looking. ive changed all the bushes in the world westfall folder. none of these plants get affected.
