[Request] Onyx Cloud Serpent Egg Model Swap

I'd like to have the model of the Onyx Egg object to be swapped with something large, like a Corrupted Tentacle from the Madness of Deathwing or something similar. I know it's possible (or used to be) to do this since I used a model edit for the Netherwing eggs back in BC.

EDIT: I realized as I posted this that I posted it in the wrong section, could a mod move it to the proper location please?

They banned people so quickly doing this back in BC. Be careful if you do this.

I'm searching this kind of edit too.
I've keep an eye on the model.mpq, but I don't find the right model, and WMV seems bug with this file.

If someone doing this thing, please, replace with a thin but tall model like the christmas tree and not the murmur edition.

I used the murmur one about 2 months before Patch 3.0 or w/e the pre-wrath patch was, and didn't get banned

I remember them adding the Everfrost Chip model to warden scans though.

Used the murmur model edit too and didnt get a ban either.. I'd say go ahead and model edit the eggs, but beware this is at your own risk and they WILL ban your account if they somehow manage to find out.

To be honest I would not risk a ban for this; the grind is much shorter than Netherwing was IIRC.

The grind is a lot quicker than the Netherwing rep is. I believe I said in another post to just use Quicktrack. It has less potential to get you banned and it pops right up on your minimap when one spawns. You can find the updated on in the bots and programs section.

Just use an object tracker, chance to get banned is (apart from random noise values :P) 0 and you get it as fast as with a model swap which leaves huge traces.
