WMO Editing

I am in need of an efficient tool to be able to edit wmo's and m2's with more ease (hex editing or trying to use taliis and make it work is a pain in the ass). Thought you could recommend me a few, or perhaps hand some of them over as links. I am role playing in a Warcraft server and we are going to use these inside some world edits for role playing purposes. The software should serve the purpose of changing textures, objects and areaIDs (important) within the wmo. I would appreciate any help

Hex edit it. All you need this tool for, is to edit things that are just as easy to do by Hex. Srsly, making this tool, is like making a button to say "Hello world" instead of simply writing it u_u Its faster, but has no necessary benefit xP
