WMO Editing question

I searched a bit but I didn't find exactly what i'm looking for, which is:

What tool is used for editing WMOs like cities and instances? I know how to edit land ADTs in noggit... but what tool is used for editing WMOs, like punching a hole through a wall or floor, or constructing a new room in ironforge for example, is there such a tool?

None. There is none.

apparently there is a tool, not for complex construction but for simple x/y/z coord changes. I experimented with it, although I don't have a good way of locating the WMO I want to open so it is quite time consuming.

there is a very simple way to edit wmos,i did just for example renamed some files and voile it changed a building,very simple.
