[Model Reskin] Druids of Azeroth - New Shapeshift Skins

Okay, first off, are we talking Tauren, or Night Elf models?

For Tauren, the Lynx hasn't been fixed for 3.0.2 (or 3.0.3, it doesn't matter). If I knew how Glitchy edited out the weapon from the models, I would do it myself (I remember seeing a post WAY back when Andrige was still making this pack in its early stages, where Andrige was told to hex edit a certain line from the model to remove the weapon's visibility - I've tried to do it myself, but no luck).

Second, the Travel Form is a seperate .MPQ, so that should be fine..

So essentially, you want the Tauren Cat Form removed, the Night Elf Swift removed.. And that's it? Or am I interpreting "Lynx" as the Tauren modificaton? ;o. If I could get some details on exactly what you want, I could put it together for you .

Also, Andrige, if you skim past this post, would you be able to point me in the right direction of how the Weapon was edited out of the models? Then, I'd be able to fix up the Tauren Lynx at least, I'm just missing a few minor details.

Ok thanks for the respond. i just want to have the NE cat form, NE dire bear and travel form NE ( i dont care if tauren are included or not) with the new skin .

I used to have switched my shred to a rogue's flashy backstab, but now they've added the (.anime) files in the data folder.

Is there anyone out ther that know a player/viewer that can play these small .anime files? I can't get the beta model viewer todo it =(

Omg, I just downloaded these, I have been meaning to but never got to it. I absoluetly LOVE them, when ever I PvP I feel cooler now that I am a LION or a gray, elder, tiger....cat..thingy, either way I love them, don't let anyone get you down Andrige! +Rep

know you guys have been asked this alot probebly but when i try to put the skins in the data folder and i go to open my wow.. once in wow say for instance.. the druid skin the new cat form that he has made.. well it just comes up blank and the char dont move and there is no image.. i dont understand why either? ?

Could anyone give me a pointer in how this works ive done it b4 and it worked just doesn't now

i have the same problem before wotlk the tauren lynx model worked fantastic but now its just like "shapeshift mmh im invisible and cant move if i change back to tauren i "teleportet..."
is there a new version or different installing or is it because of 3.0.3?

I've remade the Worgen skin (it's my favorite aswell) for 3.0.3, but i can't seem to get the animations to work properly. I can run around, shapeshift, stealth, attack etc. But some actions - mainly those which requires the "cat form worgen" to enter a "cast spell" animation (gather herb, eat etc.) - makes the game crash.

I can't seem to get in contact with the original designer, Andrige, or anyone with some greater knowledge of where to focus my work, so i'm pretty lost with a half-done skin. Sorry!

The Worgen is without doubt the best Cat-skin i've ever encountered - ever! I've nearly made it work, and it works in most cases. It moves around, jumps, stealths, attacks etc. But the cast-animations makes the game crash.

Unfortunately i haven't got enough knowledge about the MPQ-files to make it work properly, and the software editing tools are all outdated. I've tried to get in contact with Andrige, the original designer, or any other with some knowledge of this, but i've been unable to get any result from what i've found. And the old files is made with a whole other system than the previous files.

I appreciate for the hard work you've put into this, cheers for giving me that extra motivate to keep playing her. Tis an awesome little mod.^^
