Say if I want the basic file with the bear/cat/moonkin/flight form edits, do I choose BEAR+HITBOXCAT+MKIN+NESWIFT if I am a tauren? Or does the "NE" part of "NESWIFT" not mean anything?

Did you try changing .MPQ to .mpq. He mentions that on the first post if things aren't working.
