because blood elfs and draenei folders differ from the other old races which contain things like lowerfacial .blp files. I bet if you could find the sourcing on where the game tells the model to use none of the facial .blp files you would fix the beard problem, at the same time a temporary fix might be found if you edit one of the .blp files to be completely transparent and than proceed to use that file and rename and copy it over and over to fill up all the files needed.

also for helm fixes im not sure, but i bet a simple normal helm fix from old placed somewhere in the folder will fix the helms for these race changes and using folder names like such Patch-X.MPQ>ITEM>OBJECTCOMPONENTS>HEAD> (files)
make sure that the folders are in caps else it might not work.

I just tested out the helm fix i noted, and it in fact works using the file order that i listed.
so for people wanting helm fixes if you can find helm fixes from old or know how to do them, just place them in the folder order of Patch-X.MPQ>ITEM>OBJECTCOMPONENTS>HEAD> (files) and you got a fixed helm.

I know how to make them, but there isnt any previous MPQs to edit that are TrollF -> DwarF so im not really sure how to make it ;/ but i would love you if you found a way.
