[3.3.5] Blood Elfs into High Elf + High Elf Buildings!!

    Well folks,
I am a member of this forum for a long time now.
I've been out of WoW for a while and now I'm back and decided to help the community with model editing.
I especially love the lore of the game and I really like the races that unfortunately we can't play. So the first thing I'm bringing back is a edit from the time of BC.
My version of Blood elf into high elves, and the current silvermoon transformed (reskin) in the former silvermoon (of the high elves), plus all the current blood elf buildings. (Like those from Magister's Terrace)
What I did here was the high elf skin, also I worked on the colors of the buildings and merged with the city guards reskin (an outdated MPQ)

Obs: The reskin on the city guards was not made by me, no credits for that.
Obs2: Please those who don't know the lore of WoW, spare comments like "What's the big deal? You just changed the color of the eyes and the colors the town?"

I hope you like it

IT is very nice, thoughI think it could be improved further by changing the lighting and trees to be more 'spring' like instead of 'autumn'.

Hey Pinkhair, thx for the ideas!
By changing the lighting you mean the skybox? That might be a good improve indeed.
About the trees... guess i'll try those from northshire abbey

I agree. Except instead of a "spring" skybox look for one they use in a more winter environment. Such as the one used in Dun Morough

    Hey Krisztian!
This mod don't need ModelEditFix to work.
All you have to do is rename it to patch-X.MPQ (precisely like that but you can use any other letter instead X) and should do it.

    See ya

Obs: This is not working for 4.0.1 if there are others interested on this I can try to update it.

I had a few questions about this re-color. This looks like an old thread, so if you're no longer using this anymore, I'm sorry. I've been looking for a re-colored Silvermoon for a long time. My questions are these:

How do you apply it to World of Warcraft?

Will you get banned for using it?

Do you need to be on a private server to use it?

I only want to use it to make some WoW art. I really need a way to get pictures of the recolored Blood Elf buildings. Is there an easier way to get a recolored Silvermoon just like this one for WoW art besides downloading this re-skin and taking screen shots?
