Epic Raptor to Bear Mount

Hey guys,
I've done a quick swap because I couldn't find it on here: PvPRidingRaptor -> BearMount

It's working around 70%, model is right, animations are right. What ISN'T right is the textures... At the moment WoW is just applying the raptor's textures onto the bear. Also, the bear is a little small...

If anyone knows how to fix these two issues (inside Ladik's Editor - MWCS is giving me the shits) please, PLEASE post them. I'm probably going to end up doing a PvPRidingRaptor -> Epic Talbuk and I'll definitely need some help with that in the future.
