I feel like a dumbass asking but how do I go from .rar to a .mpq?

Download the .RAR file, right click it after downloading.
Extract anywhere where you can find it.
drag the .MPQ into the WoW\Data folder and you are done.

If you can't extract it, download WinRAR (google WinRar)

Anyone know why when I use the MPQ that Invincible looks all dark and shady compared to other screnshots and movies showing him to be not as dark. Its like he is always in a shadow.
