[Reskin] Mag'har Addition

I'm terribly sorry for the wait folks. Work/RL got heavy and I didn't have much time to work on stuff.

As promised, brown eyes for the orcs! Another big addition to the patch is female Mag'har. The patch can be downloaded here.



(a note on that. the in-game Mag'har female face had light purple eyes, so I just stuck with those)

Changed the directory base\character to character.
