Few things. Not flaming, only trying to help..

1) Isn't rain blue/clear already?
2) This is in the wrong section.

I believe the rain is more of a transparent grey sort of thing, not actually blue.

Exactly! When I was looking through the textures of everthing I stumbled into the rain. It was pretty dull so I made it blue!
