I use a DBC Editor(Taliis) to edit CreatureDisplayInfo.dbc and my own knowledge of skins, I've been lurking around in WoWs MPQs wayyyy too long so I can basically name the skin of a most mounts off the top of my head.

Heh, you understood me wrong with the mount I wanted my raptor to look like the the
mount that is obtained through the aq40 questline, meaning the "Black qiraji resonating crystal", which teaches you
the mount called "Black Qiraji Battle Tank".

Sorry for being unspecific, hope you can change this! (the model you did so far changed
my raptor to look like a commonly seen scarab in ahn'qiraj)

Well, I finally figured out how to race change but now I can't mount swap -.-
Most of the guides I've found seem too old and I can't locate any of the files. Even if I do find the mount m2 file, there's only a couple blp files and the others are skins, not sure which skin is which.
Tried doing DBC file but also can't find the mount skin or ID. If you ever are willing to write something quick on how you do it, I'd love you forever :O

If not, mind doing Black War Raptor -> White Skeletal Warhorse?

There's an old skin/spell buried in the datafiles for a "Swift Dawnsaber". This mount has never been implemented, and was originally marked as a "blood tiger", maybe for blood elves, before they got rainbow chickens.

Would like a Swift Brewfest Kodo ---> Swift Dawnsaber patch, if that doesn't work out, how 'bout a Red Proto Drake ---> Rusted Proto Drake patch?
