Hey for some reason when I used the sylvanas_new.mpq it didn't work for some reason. Like I wanted to replace Sylvanas with her high elf version. What happened?

My Steps is like this:
I Downloaded the HuM.mpq ->
Drop it in the folder Data ->
Renamed it "patch-7.MPQ", log on nothing happend ?
I tried with the Wowme thing but when i 2xclick it, it said error something ? Anyone?
