Thanks, checked it out ingame already, but something is wrong with it =/
Did you edit ProtoDragon_NorthrendHairBlack.blp? cause part of the head is unchanged.

Use the latest wow model viewer, import your mpq and browse to your npc and voila you see the changes.

You don't need priv server to make screens.

Look up Options and choose Settings, you should be able to add your MPQ files in there ^^
