After spending a month or so on this site learning the basics of model editing, I decided to try and get out of leecher status by posting some of the edits which I've done and aren't already posted by ubermonkey. These are mostly DrF --> Other races, but I have a couple others. I am also posted the reskins I do.
I might be adding some more Character-->Creature edits, if you want one use this guide to learn how.[/u].
Files Hosted By Halefor on FileFront is the general link for all of them.
Updated first post a bit.
Doing Bootfixes on new edits that use them.

Guide Below Applies to any DrF Reskins I do.
The Red Draenei Skin is under patch-RedDrF.MPQ, however it is currently set to the skin of my draenei character. You will need to change this using MyWarcraftStudio. You will probably also need WoWModel Viewer to figure out which skin and face you are using in game. What you will need to do is open MyWarcraftStudio and go to Pack-->Edit MPQ. Go to where ever you have the .MPQ saved and open it.
Once it is open, open all the sub folders from Character.
Once there you will want to left click on the Female folder once, then right click on it and select Copy Treepath.
Once that is copied, select the DraeneiFemaleSkin and right click-->Rename.
You will want to paste the tree path you copied earlier before the name so it goes something like this: "Character\Draenei\Female\DraeneiFemaleSkin00_04.blp" You will have to add a \ after you paste the treepath but before the skin's name.
You then rename the skin to whichever skin your draenei is using, using the 00_## format. Hit ok, then do the same basic thing for both the upper and lower face files, as well as renaming the Pelvis and Torso files to the skin name as well. You will have to ad the "Character\Draenei\Female\" back in while renaming to have them stay in the right folder. Once that's done go to Pack-->Save and Close.
Move the file into your Data Folder and run WoWME.
Sorry for the guide, but otherwise most people who tried the Draenei Skin wouldn't be able to get it to work. If anyone has a request I will do my best to fill it, so long as it's not already posted in ubermonkey's thread.
