it's a bit hard to guide you atm, as i'm at work...but here's the basic steps:

    1. Open Glitchy's MES
    2. Browse in it for the Belf Female model, right click it and click the appearing option.
    3. Open explorer and go to the MES' folder, go to the "Work" folder.
    4. In here, you should find the Bloodelf Female files (BloodelfFemale.m2, etc). If so, delete them all.
    5. Open the patch-y.MPQ file with a MPQ viewer
    6. Extract the content and place the files in the MES' Work folder (where the other files were)
    7. Go back to Glitchy's MES (you didn't close it, i hope )
    8. Go through the Tools and choose the Attachment Point one.
    9. Select the "Hand" or "Wrist" (dunno the exact name atm) attachments, and in the scaling boxes enter the desired scaling. (1.10 is 10% bigger, 1.25% is 25% bigger, 0.90 is 10% smaller) then click save ONCE PER ATTACHMENT POINT, otherwise you keep scaling them.
    10. Close the tool and then save the result as a new MPQ file in MES.

I do not know which attachment points refer to the sheathed weapon positions, so it's trial and error for you to scale those, but they should be scaled by 1.10 first, to fit the current size (they're atm normal size while the equipped weapons appear 10% bigger), then scaled to your desired size.

Hope this was more helpful than confusing.

Updated to V2.2, Check Original Post.

I'm not sure if it does, but i hope now it will work for those who had problems before, although i cannot guarantee it.

hmmm, dunno how to fix that, then... it affects only a few people, so i don't know what could be causing it.

I only get to point 4. >.< I don't know what you mean with
the "patch-y.MPQ" File!? Sorry, my english is not so good. But
it would be very nice from you, if you could tell me, which
*.MPQ you mean with that. Thanks in advance, Bye! x)
