[Reskin/Model Swap] Tauren Moonkin to Moon Lich

Changes the Tauren Moonkin form into a "Moon Lich," which is just a reskinned lich model I made.

The Zip file contains three different patch files:

patch-m just changes the Tauren Moonkin model into the Lich model
patch-t changes the texture of the Lich model
patch-s changes the annoying moonkin sounds into the Lich sounds.
