hey im trying to use the draenei male reskins, ive tried the drm -> scm, orm, nim, and hum.
when i put the patch-Z.mpq file in my data folder and run wow it just comes up with a critical error and crashes the game. any ideas?

That's most definitely because you're not opening your WoW with WoWME.exe
